I’ve now achieved my Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, which I’ve been working towards for the last few months.  I’ve had a level 3 nutrition certification for a while as part of my Personal Training qualification but I wanted to do a course that was more in depth and provided more practical options to help people make the right food choices to match their goals.

It ties in very closely with my belief that the approach to exercise choice, correct movement and nutrition need to be based on thorough assessment of the individual.

Great to see the 11 young athletes working on their trunk and hip stability whilst doing the speed and power exercises at the Stockport Athletics Coaching Strength and Conditioning session last night. Well done to all the group and thanks to Paul Livesey for his help with the session.
